Rockstar has published official bios for six supporting figures in Grand Theft Auto VI, all on the Only in Leonida tour: Cal Hampton, Boobie Ike, Dre'Quan Priest, Real Dimez (Bae-Luxe and Roxy), Raul Bautista, and Brian Heder (third wife Lori, named, no separate bio). They sit around the dual leads Jason Duval and Lucia Caminos. This is not a credits list. It is the circle Rockstar chose to introduce before 19 November 2026.
Confirmed voice cast
| Character | Actor | Confirmed by | Date |
|---|---|---|---|
| Brian Heder | Stephen Root | the actor, in an AP News interview (GameRant) | 14 September 2026 |
| Everyone else | Not confirmed | Rockstar has published no cast list | — |
Unofficial names circulating online are not listed here until an actor or Rockstar confirms.
Voice-actor names circulating online are unofficial, except Stephen Root, who on 14 September 2026 confirmed he plays Brian Heder (GameRant). Mission assignments are unpublished. “Explore [region]” buttons next to some bios are marketing adjacency on a tour, not statements of home address. Where a bio names a place, that place is the source. Where it does not, this page will not invent one.
How to read these pages
Only in Leonida is a marketing tour: a line of people and a line of destinations. The pairings on screen are:
| “Explore” button | Character who sits next to it on the tour | What the bio actually names |
|---|---|---|
| Vice City | Boobie Ike | Vice City; strip club, real estate, studio |
| Leonida Keys | Dre'Quan Priest | Vice City music scene; Boobie’s club |
| Grassrivers | Real Dimez | Social-media rap; Only Raw Records |
| Port Gellhorn | Raul Bautista | Bank robbery; no town named |
| Ambrosia | Brian Heder | Keys; boat yard; Lori |
| Mount Kalaga | (no extra bio) | — |
Dre'Quan is a Vice City music man sitting on a Keys button. Brian is a Keys smuggler sitting on an Ambrosia button. If a wiki pins them by the button, the wiki is wrong.
Quotes below are Rockstar’s, from the same pages.
Cal Hampton
Tagline: “What if everything on the internet was true?”
Jason’s friend and a fellow associate of Brian’s. He “feels safest hanging at home, snooping on Coast Guard comms with a few beers and some private browser tabs open.” “Casual paranoia loves company, but his friend Jason has bigger plans.” “Cal is at the low tide of America and happy there.”
Lines the page puts in his mouth: “There are way too many birds flying around in perfect formation.” And: “The psychopaths are in charge. Get used to it.”
He is the radio-and-tabs friend, Keys-adjacent in tone (Coast Guard, Brian’s crew), not given a town. Dazed (August 2026) called him conspiracy-obsessed in a recap of the official circle. That matches the page. It does not add a new mechanic.
Boobie Ike
Tagline: “It's all about heart — the Jack of Hearts.”
“A local Vice City legend — and acts like it.” One of the few to turn street time into “a legitimate empire spanning real estate, a strip club, and a recording studio.” “Boobie's all smiles until it's time to talk business.” The partnership with Dre'Quan on Only Raw Records is “what he's most invested in — now they just need a hit.”
Line: “The club money pay for the studio, and the drug money pay for it all.” Also: “Top quality cuts.”
Dazed, quoting Rockstar’s narrative and art people, names the club Jack of Hearts and treats it as a GTA-staple strip club inside Boobie’s empire. That is an on-the-record interview package, not a Support POI list. Humphries told Dazed they needed characters who could walk Miami’s music geography from house parties to rooms where bottles cost thousands. Boobie and Dre'Quan are that bridge in the marketing.
Dre'Quan Priest
Tagline: “Only Raw... Records.”
“Always more of a hustler than a gangster.” Even when “dealing on the streets to make ends meet, breaking into music was the goal.” He has signed Real Dimez. “Dre'Quan's days of booking acts into Boobie's strip club might be numbered as he sets his sights on the Vice City scene.”
Lines: “Dancers are like my A&Rs. If the record's a hit, DJs gonna be spinnin' it.” And: “You're with the label now.”
He is the A&R of the Vice City music plot, not a Keys fisherman, regardless of which Explore button he sits under.
Real Dimez (Bae-Luxe and Roxy)
Tagline: “Viral videos. Viral hooks.”
Friends since high school. They “turned shaking down local dealers into cold, hard cash via spicy rap tracks and a relentless social media presence.” An early hit with local rapper DWNPLY, then “five years and a whole lot of trouble,” now signed to Only Raw Records, “hoping lightning can strike twice.”
Lines: “All my dimes in this club. Meet my twin, make it a dub.” And: “One hit away from fame.”
Humphries told Dazed that Real Dimez’s journey can be traced via in-game viral social-media posts, and that the shift toward female artists since GTA V is part of why they exist. Interview, not a UI screenshot. DWNPLY is named on the official page and has no bio of their own.
Raul Bautista
Tagline: “Experience counts.”
“Confidence, charm, and cunning — Raul’s a seasoned bank robber always on the hunt for talent ready to take the risks that bring the biggest rewards.” “Raul's recklessness raises the stakes with every score. Sooner or later, his crew will have to double down or pull their chips from the table.”
Lines: “Life is full of surprises, my friend. I think we'd all be wise to remember that.” And: “A professional adapts.”
He is the professional-score energy in the circle: not the Keys house, not the Vice City label. Extended Look coverage (Engadget and others) described a chase involving Jason, Lucia, and a contact in the car. Whether that contact is Raul is a viewer read unless Rockstar names the shot. Do not promote a maybe.
Brian Heder, and Lori
Tagline: “Nothing better than a Mudslide at sunset.”
“A classic drug runner from the golden age of smuggling in the Keys.” Still moving product through his boat yard with his third wife, Lori. “Brian's been around long enough to let others do his dirty work.” Jason lives rent-free at one of Brian’s properties “so long as he helps with local shakedowns, and stops by for Lori’s sangria once in a while.”
Lines: “I hauled so much grass in that plane, I could make the state of Leonida levitate.” Gloss: “Looks like a Leonida beach bum — moves like a great white shark.”
Lori has no page. She is sangria, a marriage number, and a reason Jason has to show up. Ultimate Edition names “Jason’s Safehouse Vehicles.” Support named a safehouse in a bonus list. It did not say the safehouse is Brian’s property. Do not merge those sentences.
On 14 September 2026, actor Stephen Root told AP News at the BAFTA TV Tea Party that he plays Brian Heder (“Yeah, you’re going to see me in there”), as reported by GameRant. The actor confirmed it in an interview; Rockstar has not published a cast list.
Cal and Jason both work in Brian’s world. That is the Keys crew on paper.
Two plots, on purpose
Read as marketing, the named cast is two operations plus a robber:
- Keys smuggling — Brian, Lori, Jason, Cal on the radio.
- Vice City music/club — Boobie, Dre'Quan, Real Dimez, DWNPLY as a credited ghost.
- Professional scores — Raul hunting talent, which is how you get a couple into “an easy score” that goes wrong.
Whether the campaign actually braids those three, and in what order, is unpublished. Lucia’s prison-to-plan arc is the fourth piece, and she is a lead, not a supporting bio.
Dazed also names research practice: Humphries and Lloyd described meeting ex-criminals, law enforcement, club promoters, gun dealers; a research team embedded in Miami; more than 50 street artists on murals. That is how Rockstar says it builds people. It is not a list of additional named characters.
What this is not
It is not GTA V’s heist board. Michael / Franklin / Trevor are not a template Rockstar has applied on the record. It is not a complete NPC directory. It is not confirmation that every face in Trailer 2 or the Extended Look is one of these eight names.
Unofficial cast lists (Gregory Connors, Ana Esposito, and the rest) stay unofficial until a Rockstar credits page or an actor’s own confirmation. Stephen Root’s 14 September 2026 interview, as reported by GameRant, is that confirmation for Brian Heder; the rest still wait.
FAQ
How many supporting characters has Rockstar named?
Six bios (Cal, Boobie, Dre'Quan, Real Dimez as a duo, Raul, Brian) plus Lori and DWNPLY as named mentions.
Does “Explore Port Gellhorn” mean Raul lives there?
Not in the bio. The button is adjacency on a tour.
Is Jack of Hearts in the game?
Dazed reports Boobie’s club under that name, from Rockstar’s interview package. It is not a pin on Only in Leonida.
Will these people be missions?
Unconfirmed. They are story cast in pre-release marketing.
Are there more named people coming?
Unknown. Rockstar can add pages. As of 1 September 2026, this is the published set.
What we still don't know
- Who is a mission-giver, who is texture, who dies.
- Whether Real Dimez is playable in any sense (they are not billed as protagonists).
- Voice cast beyond Stephen Root’s own confirmation as Brian Heder (Rockstar has not published a cast list), and motion-capture credits.
- How Ultimate’s “threaded across all aspects of Jason and Lucia’s story” extras attach to this circle. See editions.
- Where Cal actually lives.
